Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 18 March 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Padi Advisory website at padiadviret.live and your enrolment in any courses offered by Padi Advisory Pte. Ltd. ("Padi Advisory", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Singapore.

By accessing our website or enquiring about or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enrol in our courses.

2. Nature of Our Courses

Padi Advisory provides educational courses designed to improve property literacy among homeowners and property holders in Singapore. Our courses present information about Singapore property regulations, CPF rules, housing loan mechanics, and related topics for educational purposes only.

Nothing in our courses or website materials constitutes financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, let, or otherwise deal in property. All decisions regarding your property remain solely your own. We strongly encourage you to seek guidance from licensed property agents, mortgage bankers, financial advisers, and legal professionals for matters specific to your circumstances.

3. Course Enrolment

Enrolment in a Padi Advisory course is confirmed upon receipt of full payment and a written enrolment confirmation from us. By enrolling, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The information you provide during enrolment is accurate and complete
  • Course access is granted to you individually and is not transferable to another person
  • You will not share, reproduce, or redistribute course materials without our written permission

4. Course Fees and Payment

Course fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are as follows at the time of publication:

  • Understanding What You Already Own — SGD 229
  • Reviewing Housing Decisions in the Middle Years — SGD 469
  • Letting, Managing, and Holding Property with Care — SGD 799

Fees are subject to change. The fee applicable to you is the fee stated at the time your enrolment is confirmed. Payment is due in full before course access is granted unless a separate written arrangement has been made.

Prices shown are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where Padi Advisory is a GST-registered entity. Please contact us if you require a GST invoice.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before course commencement: A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the course start date.
  • Within three days of commencement: A 50% refund will be considered at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
  • After three days of commencement: No refund will ordinarily be issued. Where exceptional circumstances apply, please contact us to discuss.

Refund requests should be sent in writing to [email protected]. We will acknowledge and process requests within 14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, worksheets, templates, website content, and other materials produced by Padi Advisory are the intellectual property of Padi Advisory Pte. Ltd. and are protected under applicable Singapore copyright law.

Enrolled participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials for their own personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or republish any materials without prior written consent from Padi Advisory.

7. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable Singapore law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam through our contact form
  • Introduce malicious software or harmful code to our systems
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the website without our permission

We reserve the right to withdraw access to the website or our courses if these conditions are not observed.

8. Accuracy of Information

We take care to ensure the educational content in our courses is accurate and reflects current Singapore regulations at the time of preparation. However, property laws, HDB policies, CPF rules, and tax regulations change from time to time. Course materials may not reflect the very latest policy updates at all times.

Padi Advisory does not accept liability for decisions made based on course content alone. Participants are encouraged to verify all regulatory details with the relevant authorities — HDB, CPF Board, IRAS, MAS, and URA — before acting on any information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Padi Advisory's liability to you in connection with our courses or website shall not exceed the course fee paid by you for the relevant course.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of our website or course materials, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of property value, or financial loss resulting from property decisions made after taking a course.

10. Privacy

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

11. Cookies

Our website uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. By continuing to use our website, you consent to our use of cookies as set out in that policy.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website and course materials may contain links to external websites, including official Singapore government resources such as the HDB, CPF Board, IRAS, and MAS websites. These links are provided for reference only. Padi Advisory does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, without prejudice to any right to seek urgent relief in another jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email where practicable. Continued use of our website or courses after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
